As everyone on the planet pretty well knows by now, the final installment in the Harry Potter film series will be split in half and released seperately... Joshua Herdman, who plays Goyle in the films, said in a Q&A that the split will likely take place after Harry, Ron & Hermione are captured by the Death Eaters and re-open when they arrive at the Malfoy manor.
There's still a possibility for this to change, and their have been no confirmation from the producers, directors, etc....
Herdman also pointed out that it will be his character, and not Crabbe, played by Jamie Waylett, who dies in the final installment.
