Burton confirmed that it will be made when he was a Comic Con a few weeks ago...
Unfortunately, the film will have to wait until after Johnny's finished filming Pirates of the Caribbean 4, due to scheduling conflicts, and the fact that Tim expects to be finishing Alice in Wonderland pretty well up until the day before it's release on March 5th, 2010.
This is going to be AWESOME!!!! So excited.
